I took my first dose of Wellbutrin yesterday. When I woke this morning I had and still have a sort of roaring sound in my ears. As I have been dealing with a sinus problem lately that is affecting my ears (plugged ears, pressure, etc) I can't be sure if it's related to the drug or to the sinus problems. Has anyone who's tried Wellbutrin experienced something similar? If so, does it pass?

I went and saw a doctor today about my trying to quit smoking and my depression. I'm really glad that I did. He was a very nice guy who seemed to truly understand the situation. He told me that it was very common for people with clinical depression to self medicate with cigarettes to temporarily correct the chemical imbalance that causes the depression and he wasn't at all surprised that I was a heavy smoker. He said some of the chemicals in cigarette smoke acted as anti-depressants. He...

As much as I would like to quit smoking I am finding it almost impossible at the moment. The symptoms of quitting are severely interfering with my ability to do my job and the light-headedness that comes for a few days with quitting makes me a danger on the road. I simply can't deal with doing my job and quitting at the same time. The only solution that I can think of that may work out is to simply wait until I go home again. I've been ripping CDs to load onto my new MP3 player. I wonder if MP3 player is the right term as it also does video and pictures? Ah well, anyway, it works great and sounds really good. The ear buds are silicon tipped so they fit nicely into the ear and have no slippage at all. I only have 66 songs loaded into it so far, but I still have a number of CDs yet to rip. When I stopped in at a fuel stop today to use the restroom and grab a Gatorade I saw (while using the restroom) a sale flier advertising a 256MB MP3 player they had on sale for $40. This morning I finally managed to get in contact with someone at the final stop here in WI and get directions to the place. I cruised over there and unloaded the two pieces. It went pretty smoothly. I've only seen the Trick My Truck television show a couple of times. Of the shows I've watched I am now seeing a truck they did on one of them. It has on impressive paint job with "Fort Stockton" on the back. You couldn't miss that truck anywhere. It just pulled into the truck stop and parked. Must be nice.
