Tonight I threw together a dinner that was pretty tasty. I made some brown rice with a little extra water so it would be extra moist. Then I put some olive oil and soy sauce into a skillet and heated that. I put the rice into the skillet, added some chopped onion, canned black beans, and carrot shavings. I fried this up adding a few more dashes of soy sauce as I went. Very simple, but quite tasty.

I'm trying something a little different for tonight's dinner. I picked up some chicken breast tenderloins at the grocery the other day and until now hadn't quite decided how I was going to prepare them. Some folks really shouldn't attempt home repairs themselves as they simply have no idea what they are doing.
