I finished the pink baby booties this morning. I am hoping the mother likes them.

I hate websense. I can see the pic from here. Will have to wait till I get home. Have you considered making a matching booties for yourself so when you hang with the baby?

Odds are good I'll never actually see the baby. It's for a husband and wife trucking team that I know through a trucking community website.

I see, well, I'm sure they will post pics of the baby with the booties.

THey turned out really nice.  I have seen people sell similar hand-crafted booties for $$.

Thanks. I prefer to make gifts as to sell my work.

What I meant, but apparently didn't phrase well, was that they look high quality.

Mason, what a lovely (can I say this to a burly truck driver) gift!

I'm with you on the gifting thing.  People often ask me why I don't sell my stuff.  I tell them that then it would work instead of a hobby. That would take the fun out of it.

You did a nice job!

Thanks. Yeap, that's exactly why I don't sell the stuff.

A friend asked me to post an image holding one of the booties in my hand to get some idea of their size. Maybe she just wants to make sure they aren't really for me
