A bunch of useless crap

In yet another example of just how civilized Muslim countries can be, a 70 year old man in Iran has been sentenced to four months in jail and 30 lashes. His crime? Walking his dog.

Yep, that's it. He walked his dog and earned himself jail time and 30 lashes for it. These people are insane.

That's what happens when you're too wrapped up in crazy religion, crazy governments, and general craziness. These people need a beer, a blowjob, and a sense of humor.

Don't we all?

Don't we all?

Truly if everyone had easy access all three then the world would be at peace.

Can we have a link? I would not accept this report seriously unless there is one..

Look at the top of the page, it is linked in the title header which is part of the new format. It says, amazingly enough, External Link.

How convenient to overlook.

Yeah it'll take some time for everyone to get used to the new formatting.

I always had trouble with finding links anyway, because while I know they're there, I rarely use them.

That's cool and your choice. I always provide links to any news stories I write about whether someone chooses to check them out or not.

Sometimes I want to see what's behind it, but I figure, hey, there's a link. But, hey again, there's an article right here about it! Why don't I read that? Even if I'm not getting the first-hand information, most of the time the link isn't either. If that means I don't know everything, so be it, but I'm more interested in what the people on THIS site have to say about things anyway. If the article doesn't give me any clue as to what it's talking about, I check it out.

Yeah I understand that. Personally I like to check out the source(s) for a story.

This story reminds me of the time in South Carolina thirty years ago when some well meaning Baptist tried to have my wife arrested for breast-feeding in public.  Islam, fundamentalism in general;, is a serious threat to sane living.

Be well.
