A bunch of useless crap
Guess my harmonic playing isn't as good as I thought

I haven't played my harmonica in a long time. When I did, I was usually in the truck, alone. Today for some silly reason I pulled it out and began playing it. It's an old Marine Band by Hohner.

My dog, Benny, has heard me play a number of instruments including a South American clay flute (my favorite), a guitar, piano, and a stereo (the one I'm best at besides a juke box). As soon as I started playing my harmonica Benny looks at me kinda weird and then begins howling. Now, I've never heard this dog howl before. He just never has.

Kinda hurt my feelings a bit. I always thought I wasn't half bad on the old mouth harp. I put it away and continued with sorting through the things I'll take to Florida and the ones I'll leave behind (or take to the dump). A little while later I picked up the harmonica and started playing again. Again, Benny starts howling like crazy.

I think Benny is one of the things I'll leave behind.

My cat hate's my singing, which is ironic really as i sing like an angel (I wish!). Don't leave him behind, he sounds like he has a sense of humour!
