A bunch of useless crap

At age 69 the famous motorcycle stunt ride Evil Knievel has made the last big jump from this world to the next.

He was one of my heroes growing up. I am saddened to learn of his moving on.

I am sad too.  He is one of my hubby's favorites.  It's even worse because he was at a show in Fort Worth and I really wish we had gone to see him and get his autograph.  We did take pictures of his outfit at the Smithsonian.  Clark had one of his goalie helmets painted with the Evel Knievel design.  He was a certainly an original.

Hadn't heard about it. He was a true individual and idol to many...and no doubt he had the most interesting x-rays of any man on earth.

He scared me doing his stunts!  But I guess that was his showmanship.  Yea, growing up, he was fun to follow to see how he was trying to kill himself next.  Yet he did manage to cheat death.  I am sorry for his children and grand children, but I dont think he would have wanted to live with his medical problems.  He never seemed to be one that wanted to sit around.
