Despite being a little on the ill side from the after effects of heat exhaustion, and simply getting old, I'm not yet out of the game. I got bored and felt like I needed to get at least some sort of exercise. I decided that lifting weights for a little while might make me feel better. But no weights.
The dresser in this motel room has a large enough opening underneath that I can fit under it. I did a couple of bench presses with it but it's far too light. I put the tv on it but it was still too light. I sat the fridge on it along with the tv and my overnight bag and it was just about right. I managed to do 50 reps that way without breaking anything. Keeping it balanced was a bit of a trick.
OK, so I'm not that good at being sick. I get bored and feel like I need to do SOMETHING. I was kinda happy about the fact that I could still crank out a quick 50 with what I am guessing is about 100 lbs. Not an extreme weight but a respectable one for a quick work out.
