A bunch of useless crap

Sitting around the hotel room and this show is on. This has to be without question the most stupid program ever created by the sick minds of Hollywood. I can't even imagine anything more stupid.

I am absolutely certain that sooner or later Hollywood is going to be exactly like the Hollywood depicted in the old movie 'The Running Man' (with Ahnuld and Richard Dawson).  Just give them a little more time.

Actually, while talking movies, I'll toss you the recommendation to find the movie Idiocracy and watch it.  It too gives a pretty good satirical look at the future of the world and somewhat pokes fun of the entertainment industry's role in same.

Regardless, you are right that the show you mention is yet more example of the type of crap we get on TV now.  Quality TV shows cost too much money, and just don't get the audience (see Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip as an example).  So, Hollywood and their friends in TV land produce the cheapest and stupidest crap they can because we keep watching it and refuse to turn the dial, or punch the buttons, to get to other channels showing better stuff.

Well, I for one changed the channel It seems like maybe the History Channel is the least stupid thing on these days.

You can't imagine anything more stupid,  however just give Hollywood a little more time and they will create something even worse!

,  I just had cable turned on,  about 3 weeks ago,  thinking that NOW I'd have lots to choose from....ya right!   Even on cable there's tons of infomericals at the wee hours and nothing terrific during the day hours..!

Cable = Many, many more channels of nothing to watch.

The discovery network is not bad.  We get about 4 or 5 of their stations, and they seem to at least have interesting topics. As for commercial TV  (or I should say broadcast)........any wonder their ratings are tanking it?

Yeah I usually enjoy Discovery and History channels. Much of the rest is just crap.

Dr Who was one of my favorites when I was in college (along with Monty Python and Benny Hill) but I could never get used to these new guys.
