A bunch of useless crap

I hauled a fire truck down to Milwaukee this morning and delivered it to the Sheriton hotel across from the airport. Some kind of big trade show.

I then went to the Army Reserve base and picked up a tanker trailer and brought it back to the yard. I checked in with the shop, yelled at the guy who runs the shop about my ac not being fixed right, and then laid down in my bunk for a nap. I was exhausted.

They woke me a couple of hours later and had me pull the truck into the shop. They discovered that the lines in the ac system had leaked out all of the refrigerant they had just put in. They need to change the lines, which they have to order. The truck won't be ready until tomorrow.

I took the company van and checked into the hotel to get some more rest. I hope this passes soon as I am just totally beat all the time. I know it's partly the depression thing, that's one of the big symptoms along with the physical pain in my muscles and joints (my neck and shoulders are killing me), but I am pretty sure I've also caught a bug of some sort which is making everything worse.

All I really want to do is sleep all the time. But I can't. Things to do ya know.

I've been resting for about an hour now. I'm going to walk over to Appleby's to get some dinner and then I am going to return here and be a total sloth for the rest of the night.

Whew, if the weather is the same where you are as it was here today then A/C is a definite must.  Hopefully they get that fixed properly for you.  Homey here don't like the natural heat in the summer.  Can't get but so cool and/or so neked without being obscene and still being hot.

Even as BGE raises my electric rates by 50%, it'll be worth it just to keep from sweatin' to death.  (Part of the reason why I spend long days at work in the summer... enjoying the free A/C and trying to avoid going home during the hottest hours when I'd just want to make the A/C run harder and make my electric bill jack up that much more)

Funny thing is I actually like the summer heat, just not while I am spending a lot of hours behind the wheel mostly because I can't stand the wind noise from keeping the windows open at 70 mph.

noise aside, I cannot travel in a car without the window open at least 2 inches, why? I do not know why, I just cannot do it. AC is useless with open windows so therein lies my dilemma in the summer I am happy for you that they have finally found out why it is not working.

Thanks, I'm hoping it'll actually get fixed this time but with their track record I'm not expecting too much,

Hope the fatigue passes soon!  The heat is breaking after today.
