The weather in Nebraska sucks today. Well, to be more accurate, it blows. It's raining and I've had a very strong headwind all day. It's killing my fuel mileage and is seriously slowing my speed which is costing me time. Thanks to the wind I'm a good hour behind schedule. Just once I'd like to get a good tailwind instead.
I'm currently in Omaha and am getting ready to start rolling again after a very brief break to stretch my legs. I am hoping to make Walcott, IA for tonight but if this wind doesn't let up a bit that's not going to happen.
Ah well, the weather has to break eventually. Time to roll.
