A bunch of useless crap

My generator has been in the shop twice in as many days. It refuses to keep running and shuts itself down without warning. Yesterday I was assured that it was fixed this time. Uh huh.

Last night the damn thing shut down around midnight. Luckily I wasn't sleeping as soundly as I could have been and the chill woke me. I cursed, fired up the truck, grabbed my extra warm comforter, and went back to sleep. I'm really losing patience with our mechanics at this point.

While I am home next week I'll be calling the factory to get some information from them. I'm sure this isn't a new problem so their people will probably have some idea as to the cause. Either that or I'll just speak with the moss about putting into another shop to be fixed properly. Idling the truck over night costs him enough in extra burned fuel that he'll probably go for that. All I know is that I'm tired of dealing with this problem and with mechanics who just aren't properly trained on these generators.

Ok that is sooonot acceptable. I can knit you a cocooon.. you can... but you need the heat to work to keep hands warm to knit.

tell them in very brass tack terms that they can understand... & then lock them in the truck inthe cold and when the generator goes out.. say.. but you said it was fixed... see ya tomorrow!

ok i'm bad... long day.. but at least I'm warm now.

take care... good thoughts your way

I'm just going to have a discussion with the boss about it. He gets a little irritable with the mechanics when they fail to fix things the first or second time.
