Cats Tortured And Killed With Propane Torch

I just saw this story on my local news station. Police arrest this sick bastard in Tampa for torturing and killing three cats with a propane torch. Some people are just sick.

You know, I would not be surprized if this psychpath has not done something of this nature to some human(s). If he has not, then it would not be long before he did. I'm certain the cops are thinking the same.

In any event, I know the cops want to get more than the 3 felonies on this sicko so as to put him away for a long while. I'm serious. I'm betting this guy could do these things to people if he has not already done so.
