A bunch of useless crap

I enjoy a good tea. I have always preferred a good Earl Grey or a nice black tea but with all of the press regarding the health benefits of green tea I have switched. It doesn't taste quite as good but as I am concerned for my health I drink a cup or two with my afternoon cigarettes. While I love my morning coffee there is something quite civilized and even a bit soothing about having a nice cup of tea in the afternoon.

Do you enjoy tea? How do you take it?

I could swear I heard an English accent for a minute there!!

I love tea as well. I enjoy a cup in the morning to start my day and sometimes a cup at nights.

I like mine really creamy and not excessively hot, but not lukewarm either. I love Black Currant tea or Peppermint tea, those are my favs right now. I've also had lemom, blueberry and some of the fruity flavors. Ilike to taste the variety that's offered out there. But I usually go right back to the two first ones I mentioned. Orange Pekoe is good as well.

I brew a cold jug of ice tea daily and drink it without sugar but with a dash of lemon. I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake, so I might as well start there!

I've never cared for lemon in my tea. Being from the South I do enjoy iced tea but I also enjoy hot tea.

Peppermint tea is good for stomach troubles.

Green tea is supposed to stop aging and make you live forever. Of course "they" never mention how much of the stuff you have to drink for this.

I found that very ironic!

I use to enjoy tea before I gave up Caffeine.  My wife enjoys Earl Grey all the time, but if I drink a cup, I am up all night!  However, Green Tea, being lower in Caffeine, I can drink on occassion.

I'm glad someone spotted it.

I love a cup of Peppermint tea in the afternoon with some sugar and International French Vanilla non-dairy creamer in it.  It makes it taste like caramels.

Also I love Lemon Lift tea, and also Cranberry Apple tea.    These teas are like a special treat,  and usually take away the craving for a candy bar.

I like mint tea when my IBS is acting up. It soothes the colon.

Tea is much better for you than a candy bar.
