Huh? - Drunken Blogging

After a much needed shower I wandered over to Applebys for dinner and of course a few brews. Being a Tuesday I figured the crowd would be pretty light, and I was correct. The bartender remembered me, sort of. I've shaved off my beard since the last time I was there so she wasn't 100% sure, but after a short conversation and seeing my long pipe she was reassured that I was who she thought I was.

At one point the bartender needed to go the cooler and she made me promise I wouldn't leave before she came back. Imagine that. Ugly ole me asked to not leave by a pretty girl. The world ends tomorrow.

Being in a pretty good mood, I presented a few of my favorite puzzles, a couple of them from the Mensa entrance exam. At one point we had most of the folks in the place involved in trying to solve the puzzles. That's always fun.

At this point I should be doing my paperwork, but I think I'm about ready for bed instead. There's always tomorrow morning.

Aaaaah! This made me wanna stretch out, have a content sigh, and go lie down, hehe! Have some well deserved rest after those hectic days

So Shovel's blog got to you. Glad you get a break. When do you get your new RV?

Shovel's blog? I haven't seen that one yet, I'll make a point of looking for it when I get a bit more online time.

I enjoyed the break. Just finished my paperwork and am about to hit it again. Not sure where I'm going yet.

I moved into the new truck yesterday. Now I just have to figure out where to put everything. I started out moving a little at a time and putting things away as I went but it was taking too long and I wound up just tossing everything in. It'll take me a week to get everything straightened up now. I also have to go buy some new sheets as this bed is bigger and my sheets won't fit it.
