A bunch of useless crap

When I got out of bed and switched on the news this morning I was greated with weather radar image showing this year's first tropical depression threatening to become the first tropical storm to affect us this year.

Right now it's over Western Cuba and heading into the Gulf of Mexico. As these are pretty warm waters it has real potential to become the first named tropical storm of the year. Even if it doesn't develop further it promises to give us some substantial rain late this weekend.

I just hope this doesn't turn out to be another heavy hurricane season. We need a break.

It’s the price I pay and everyone else for living on the southeast coast. I will take FEMA money if needed so thanks in advance to everyone else.

I’m as ready as I’ll ever be, my neighbor took out a $12k loan to by 27kw generator so I borrowed from the credit card company to buy a $100 in extension cords.

But I’ve got the ultimate grill and the know how to use it so it all works out.

I have to admit it did cool things down a bit. Felt pretty good. I went for a bike ride after it started and it felt great.
