A bunch of useless crap

Tonight, still battling the flu and not really wanting to expend a lot of effort on making dinner, I threw together an improptu vegetarian goulash. It turned out so well I thought I'd share it.

1/2 box Politely Hot Tofu Crumbles
1/2 jar Newman's Own Marinara Sauce
1/2 box macaroni
salt to taste

While macaroni is cooking, put the tofu crumbles and marinara sauce in a small pot and let simmer on low heat. Once macaroni is ready, drain and pour the sauce over it and mix well. Salt to taste (I use sea salts). Serves two hungry people or one very hungry person.

This isn't exactly an earth shattering creation, but it tastes wonderful. Very flavorful and filling, not to mention quick and easy.

Keep these up!  I am printing them.  My wife decided she needs weight watchers!  I want taste, so maybe I can use your recipes!

No problem Guy. Most of what I do in the kitchen isn't fancy, but it's usually pretty tasty.
