A bunch of useless crap

I am in the Richmond, VA area. I will be delivering a military vehicle to Ft. Pickett later this morning.

This morning I did my weekly weigh in and have now lost a total of 25.5 lbs. That takes me almost half way to my goal weight.

Yesterday I bought a new polo shirt. I bought an XL thinking that would be about right, but when I got back to my motel room and tried it on it was too big. I returned it and got an L. The L fits very well. I haven't been able to wear a size L shirt in years.

Needless to say I'm in a pretty good mood today

Yes, another country heard from. i guess my e-mail spurred you in to action.  Mason, you are just melting away!  Good for you.  I hope you feel better with less tonnage to carry around.

Also, I forgot, do you save money on smaller size shirts?  One would think so.  Just eat healthy and thanks for an update.  Happy  traveling and hope the heat and humidity just GO AWAY.  J

Thanks, Judy. I suppose the smaller shirts may be slightly cheaper, but not much. I am feeling better and tend to have more energy as a result of losing the extra weight and just getting out and getting exercise.

I agree about the heat and humidity and would add rain. It seems it has been raining everywhere I have been the past couple of weeks. My rain suit has really been getting a workout.

DAMN!  I missed you!  Wish I had signed on earlier.  I would have arranged to meet you and share a glass of tea (too hot for coffee).

I need to visit here more often.  Time just gets away.  At least it was cool (relatively) for your visit.

Yeah, I thought about you while I was laid over but assumed you were likely busy with family stuff and all. Would have been nice though.
