A bunch of useless crap

It's not a good morning so far. I woke up in pain and by the time I managed to get myself dressed and hobbled to the truckstop building I was definately not in a good mood as every step was an excerise in pain tolerance.

Like a lot of truckstops these days they have more floor displays than they do floor space so walking through the place is a tad cramped and there just isn't a lot of room to pass another person. As I was making my way through the maze of displays toward the restaurant to have my morning coffee I hear a voice behind me say "Why don't you get out of the way crip".

I stopped and turned to see a young 20-something driver behind me. LIke I said, I wasn't in the most pleasant of moods. "F*ck you you little punk, I may be a crip but I can still whip your skinny ass so I'd suggest you shut the f*ck up before I stick this cane up your ass."

Naturally he reacted by getting angry and started to tell me he was going to kick my ass, cane or no cane. That's when another driver got involved and told the little punk that if he didn't shut his mouth and show some respect for a fellow driver he'd kick his ass if I didn't. The punk started to say that I couldn't be a driver, pointing at my cane. The other guy said he saw me get out of a Western Star pulling a setp deck and, being as I was a flatbedder I was likely a lot stronger and in better shape than his scrawny ass.

The punk shut up, said he was sorry, and went on. I bought the other driver a cup of coffee. Of course I let him know I had that little punk handled. He said he knew (humoring me) but he didn't like the rude punks we have out here these days.

Nice guy.

Well, I'm glad he was put in his place. What a shame that he is so disrespectful...I foresee a sucky husband and/or father (if he isn't already)...

Bleh...kids these days, giving the rest of us a bad name. I don't know why they do that...I mean, I'm 18 and I don't have that kind of attitude

Sorry, I had to laugh! That was PERFECT! Ok, old man!

What an ignorant, arrogant, ill mannered, self centered, rude, uncouth, inconsiderate, uncompassionate, uneducated lout!

Some are born to assholeness, others aspire to it.

Some people are just mannered, and it would seem especially people of my age group are just incapable of good manners. That's not all, just some. sounds like a slap would of done him good. Knocked a better attitude into him. But I'm just violent, hehe. I hope you are feeling better soon Mason x

Thanks. I'm kinda glad that other driver stepped in and kept me from knocking the little bugger on his head. I'm all for an occassional attitude realignment.
